Belgium is really a great country.  I spent some time in Brussels walking around the city and trying to stay dry.  The Belgians have a great sense of humor.  The Mannequin Piss symbolizes the freedom of the city.  It wasn't that difficult to find, but the major surprising part of the statue is how small it really is.  He is normally clothed, as pictured here, and they change his clothing about once a week or so.
