I took a bus, called the Oxford Tube, from Ox out to London. I had been wondering if Marble Arch as something similar to a Roman arch.. and sure enough it was.

From Marble Arch I made my way down to Trafalgar Square and snapped a few shots early in the morning of the square and some of the surrounding sites. This photo has the National Gallery in the background.

I also took a picture from the National Gallery of the square. You can also see Big Ben in the background if you look hard enough.

Later on that evening I made my way down to Westminster Abbey. The sun was fading fast as you can see from the time on the clock.

As I walked around a little more that evening and noticed Big Ben and Parliament were well lit from the setting sun. This shot took a few times because I had to time it between traffic stops!
