Our friends at l'Orto had done so many things for us, we decided to invite them to our prison home to have a party for them, to show our appreciation.  Originally we were going to dine outside, but the weather in this part of Ticino can change rapidly.  Also during this time, Europe was experiencing some massive flooding.  There in Torricella, there were some heavy rains at time, but no flooding since the town is built on the slope of a hill with decent irrigation to channel the runoff into Lago di Lugano.  In any event, we moved everything back inside.  Molte grazie to all the wonderful people of l'Orto.  The program is simply wonderful.
