| I left Oxford
for a week or so and went out to Stratford-upon-avon, the birthplace of
Shakespeare. While I was out there I visited Warwick castle for half the
day. The castle is in pretty good shape with lots of things to see and
shows to watch.
When I got to Warwick there was a falconer doing a demonstration. This photo is of a bald eagle after the show taking a little bath. I also think it's a little pissed off that I sat there trying to get it's attention for the photo. Hmmm, now that I think about it, all the birds were pretty grumpy for some reason. Maybe they were upset they had to perform that weekend. This is a hawk.. looks upset as well. At Warwick castle you get to climb around on the walls and in the towers. I climbed on of the open tower and took this picture into courtyard. Down in the bowels of Warwick I caught these two guys doing something I really enjoy! For some reason they wouldn't let me participate, d'oh! |
